Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome outcome I have 2 kitties. 1 Maine Coon named Mayflower and 1 Havana Brown named Lucky Mr Ed. Lucky had problems from day 1 skin rash hair falling out and throwing up pretty much everything he ate. We went through all the high end foods (very expensive) to no avail. they made him worse it seemed. We finally tried ProPlan and after 1 month his hair is so shiny and soft and his patches filled in. He is healthy and playing racing around which is good for a 10 year old.. I am amazed at how good he is doing Mayflower is also doing great her fur is soft and not a lot of shedding which is great she will be 3 on StPatricks day... thank you for this formula it took us quite a while to figure out it is what we need but better late than never...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stops the vomiting at night I bought this food after buying the Lamb Formula and actually bought this by accident thinking it was lamb. Now my Korat gets a mix of these (herring and lamb) at night. Her Pro-Plan Savor is removed at night and Focus Sensitive is fed to her. She used to go to her bowl and gobble food in the middle of the night and then would vomit. This food formulation has reduced the vomiting at night by 99% which is a big plus. It seems since the herring was mixed with the lamb she eats more of the food so I think we will go to all herring in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This food has changed my cat's life! I bought for my cat Cooper because he was tossing his lunch after every meal. The vet said he was eating too fast and suggested slow feeder bowls. I tried that and it still didn't work and then I found this food and thought let's give this a try with his slow feeder and treat toys that I was using to dispense his kibble. And after only 3 days on the new food he was throwing up much less and by the next week he was puke free after meals! I love my sensitive stomach kitty and his food! It also helped our female Xena's skin, she no longer has tons of dandruff. Now the only messes I have to clean up are the ocassional hairball or stress puke when it storms. This food made it possible for my family to move out of my in laws and into our first apartment. Only wish they had more flavor varieties in the sensitive stomach line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Irresistible I bought this for one of my 5 cats who needed it. The other cats smelled right away that her food was different than theirs. I started giving them all a little bit. Now 2 of the 4 won't eat their food unless some of this is mixed in with it. The other 2 cats really like it too, they just really like all food. So, I am switching all cats to this kind slowly since I had just bought a huge bag of their other kind!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picky Puss loves it! When the cat would rather eat dog food than his own food, it is an issue. I was about ready to give up, then I tried this and he "inhaled" it. Thanks a lot!

FEEDING FOR ADULT MAINTENANCE It is important that you feed Pro Plan to your adult cat "free choice" throughout the day, rather than as just a single feeding only at mealtime. Food intake required to maintain ideal body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment. Watch your cat's weight and adjust food amounts accordingly. If you have a kitten, or a pregnant or nursing cat, you should continue feeding Pro Plan Kitten Chicken & Rice Formula. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your cat, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your cat's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.
